Respite Care Atlanta
On the Fourth of July, MARC Volunteers assisted with the Respite Care Atlanta’s, (RCA) Parade at the 2ndPonce De Leon Baptist Church in Buckhead.
Members of RCA rode in decorated cars to celebrate our country’s founding. MARC volunteers, wearing festive costumes, stood 10 feet apart holding placards, while cheering on the members in the parade.
Volunteers also handed out packages to families and members, which included bingo cards and other items, to engage RCA members in activities offered on their Zoom calls.
